“ Tried it for the first time today. The people are amazing. I had the big daddy with brisket pulled pork and ribs and everything was fantastic. I have to say that the pulled pork was the best I've ever had. Only downfall and it's very minor was no collards. Will definitely recommend to anyone and will be returning often. ”

“ I stopped in after riding The Dragon Slayer on my motorcycle. I was told about this place by relatives that live in the area and boy, were they right. This little place was kind of like a diner yet more personable. I was really impressed with the burnt ends but the house bbq sauce was phenomenal. Service was top notch and the atmosphere was cool. There were lots to look at as the place was decorated with various black bear decor. Stop in and see for yourself. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in town. ”

“ No messing around here. This place has got some wonderful BBQ. We ate here and loved every bite. They have a great menu . Very good variety. No one can come here and not find something delicious to eat. And the pulled pork sandwiches are huge! I haven't found a single menu item I didn't like. They have it all. We have already started recommending it to our friends. This is a place you could enjoy eating at every day. Great staff and the place was clean as can be. Very nice atmosphere. This is not a place to pass by. Come hungry !!! We highly recommend you visit them here. Your tummy will thank you! ”

“ This was an hour trip for us. I’m so glad we did it. Got the Big Daddy Plate and it was more than enough for two of us with leftovers for dinner. The brisket was my favorite, second was the bbq cream corn with jalapeño. The smoked chicken wing were really good too! Chris the owner was a great host. Waitress was very good at her job. I will definitely be returning. If you can make the time to go you won’t be disappointed. ”
